- Plain automation follows fixed rules. It is perfect for steps with a clear if-this-then-that shape. AI automation adds judgement, so it can classify messy inputs, extract information from unstructured text, or draft a response. We use AI only for the steps that genuinely need it and plain code for the rest, because that is cheaper and more reliable.
- The high-frequency, rule-heavy, error-prone ones. Anything your team does many times a day by hand, especially if it moves data between systems or follows a repeatable decision, is usually a strong first candidate. We help you pick the one with the best return before building.
- Whichever fits. For simple, low-volume flows an off-the-shelf tool is often the right answer, and we will tell you so. For anything with real volume, complex logic, or reliability requirements, custom code is more robust and cheaper to run over time.
