This policy explains how LEETLABS PTE. LTD. (“Leetlabs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

This is a marketing website, so we collect very little. In practice that means:

What you send us. When you email us or make an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the message.
Technical data. Our hosting and any analytics we run may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and keep the site working.

We do not run user accounts, we do not sell products on this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Why we use it

We use personal data only for the purposes it was given for:

to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement;
to operate, secure, and improve the website;
to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Under the PDPA we collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate, and only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (for example hosting, email, and analytics providers), and only so they can perform those services for us. Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps so the data receives protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them when they no longer serve a purpose. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and operational reasons.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and to correct it if it’s wrong. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time. To make any of these requests, email contact@leetlabs.ai. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Any analytics cookies are used to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Company information is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore and can be verified at acra.gov.sg.
