What SingSafe is
SingSafe is a Leetlabs company. It offers independent cybersecurity and compliance audits for Singapore SMEs, the kind of PDPA and ISO 27001 readiness checks a smaller business needs but rarely knows how to buy. Because it is a real subsidiary in our group, the entity link runs both ways: SingSafe names Leetlabs as its parent, and Leetlabs names SingSafe as a subsidiary. That is not decoration. It is part of how search engines and language models corroborate that both companies are real.

The problem it solves
A new service business has no site, no positioning, and no way to be found. The usual path is slow and expensive: a strategist, a designer, a developer, and an SEO specialist, each handed off to the next, taking weeks before anything is live. Most of that time is coordination, not work.
SingSafe was the test of a different way: take one business from an idea to a site that search engines can actually index and understand, in a single build cycle, without a chain of agencies.
The full-cycle build
We ran SingSafe through the same pipeline we use to build service sites, end to end:
Positioning and keywords came first. We researched what Singapore SMEs actually search for around security and compliance, then decided what SingSafe should rank for before writing a word of copy.
Brand and content followed from that. A clean, specific identity and pages written to answer real buyer questions, not filler.
The build itself is the same Astro template that renders this site: static output for speed, Markdown-driven pages, and reusable section components. Building on a template we own is why the whole thing moves fast.
Technical SEO is where most sites fall short, so it was the point. SingSafe shipped with a full JSON-LD entity graph tying the company, its parent, and its services together, an auto-generated sitemap, and machine-readable files that describe the business to language models. Schema-complete was the goal, and it was met.
Then it went live. The site deploys automatically on Coolify and serves on its own domain over HTTPS, with the canonical and redirect rules a real production site needs.
Why this is proof
SingSafe is proof we deliver the whole thing, not a slice of it. Strategy, brand, build, technical SEO, and deployment came from one team in one cycle. It is a young site, so we make no claims about traffic or rankings yet. What it demonstrates is the delivery: idea to indexable, done properly.
That same full-cycle instinct is what sits behind an AI readiness audit, where the value is an honest assessment and a plan you can act on, and behind the workflow automation work where we replace slow manual handoffs with something that just runs.
